Modtechlifts is a multi-disciplinary South African Company specializing in Elevators/Lifts and Travellators. The Company was established in 2019 to participate in a sector that is dominated by multi-national Conglomerates and currently remain one of the few indigenous Companies playing in this field. We lead a team of dedicated and skilled experts in the elevator field and we operate from Gauteng to reach all provinces.

Over the past 4 years, not only have we established ourselves as a force to reckon with in the industry, we have established a Training Academy which trains young artisans in the full business of elevators. Furthermore, we have incorporated general contracting into our business model to offer our clients a “1 stop shop” especially clients installing elevators on existing properties.

HOW IT WORK

Supply & Installation

Modtechlifts has experience and exposure to a variety elevator technologies. We supply and install four main types of elevators: hydraulic, traction, machine-room-less, and vacuum. We have extensive expertise in single speed elevators for each and every application catering to industrial and domestic use clientele.

We are in a position to compete with all big name industries and continue to prove that we are second to none when it comes to supply and new installations.

PROJECTS

Project Management

Our approach is to break down project into essential elements, and then to assign people to each element. A Project Coordinator is then assigned to manage all facets of communication, operations and becomes the direct liaison with our customers.

The success of our Project Manager lies in their commitment to understanding what is required. Our specialist advisers become fully conversant with the requirements of a project and ensure that customer-specified deadlines and instructions are strictly adhered to.
